Return and Refund Policy for Enakeye

We at Enakeye want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Custom or prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@enakeye.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your product for another item, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@enakeye.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
